This piece was created for a group show at Sol Gallery, Fitzroy entitled ‘BARE’.

Artists were asked to respond to the idea of feeling exposed or naked.

For me, this is when I laugh uncontrollably! I’m super self-conscious of my smile. So when I give into a good laugh I feel so conspicuous but free at the same time.

I played around with cut stencils with this piece and applying gradients using pochoir techniques.
